Cadnam is one of the main gateways in to the New Forest, situated on junction 1 of the M27 it has always been one of the Forest's major road junctions between Southampton, Winchester, Bournemouth and Poole. There are a numerous pubs in the area, Bartley Lodge Hotel and Le Chateau Hotel, a garden centre and close by is Paulton's Park & Peppa Pig World. There are walking and cycling trails in abundance in and around Cadnam.
